Taking loan from Jewish owned company without heter iska

Question:

B”H
Kavod haRav,
If a company is owned totally by Jews, and one of the owners takes a loan from the company, is it ok if it was done without a heter iska? B”H the loan will hopefully be paid back, but without interest. (This loan was taken years ago before the borrower was aware of heter iska, and I am seeking clarification that it is kosher after the fact.) Thank you

Answer:

If the loan is paid back without interest it will not be an issue of forbidden interest, as no interest was taken.
Best wishes
