Question:
Can I E-Sign a Heter Iska?
Answer:
A heter iska is not merely a way to "get around ribbis" it is a contract between the two parties that is going to obligate one side to give the profits of thier business to another person. In order for a heter iska to be valid, it has to be a legally binding document that will stand up in court. Therefore, if the courts will accept a document or more correctly put a contract that has an E-signature, then it can be done, however if the courts won't accept it as a legally binding document that it isn't enough.
Best wishes
