Hi Rabbi, if there were ten who ate and lets say one bentched alone early, and realized, would he be allowed to wash hands and eat bread to bench with a minyan, or would he not be yotzei because it is a seperate meal?

Hello,
You do not have to wash again in order to answer with the zimun, and you can even say Hashem’s name when answering. As a side point, your bentching was without a zimun, and regarding washing again and eating, you wouldn’t be different than a person that wants to join the meal late. came middle of the would depend on where in the meal they are holding, if you would be able to join their zimun.
