It depends where you are getting the template from. If you are simply copying and pasting what you saw, and the quality of the graphics is not what they are selling, then it is permitted. Additionally if there isn’t a copyright on the template then it is permitted. However, if you are taking from a site that sells these templates, then you shouldn’t do it.
