In general, we should try to be “tzniusdik” whenever possible, but what you mean to ask is if there is an issur in halacha with this. When using the term baby, I am assuming that you mean, a baby between ages 0-2. A child that is so young will not remember anything that he sees, and therefore it is permitted. Aside from this, if the baby is a girl, it surely isn’t an issue.
