preparing for Shabbat/Yom Tov on Chol Hamoed

Hello, may one prepare ripped paper towels, etc for Shabbat and Yom Tom during Chol Hamoed? Prepare food? thank you

Yes you may prepare them on Chol Hamoed as they are needed for Yom Tov.
