A woman who is in middle of getting a divorce, but still lives in the house with her husband. Should she be going to the mikveh? They are no longer intimate with each other. Also, is there a problem of yichud between the 2 of them?

If a couple has decided to get divorced, and are no longer intimate, it is proper not to go to the mikveh.
Going to the mikveh is (generally) reserved for the purpose of intimacy with one’s husband, and where this is not an option, for whatever reason, it is better not to go.
There is no problem of yichud while you are still married (before receiving the get). After the get is given there will of course be a problem of yichud.
