Question:

Why can’t a woman eat chicken or meat on the day of tevila?
Or is she only not allowed to eat before but after yes

Answer:

The reason why women have the custom not tot eat meat or chicken on the day prior to going to the mikvah is because the meat might get stuck in between her teeth, which is a chatzitza. For this reason it only applies before she goes to the mikvah and not afterwards.
