Its more then 6 hours since I ate fleshigs but i never washed my lips after eating and licked my lips and maybe swallowed too. Can I eat Milk now

Yes you can, because there is no need to wash out your mouth after waiting six hours. It only applies when eating meat right after milk, and not when one waited a while between the two.
