Whip Cream on Shabbos

Can one use whip cream from a can on shabbos, I read that the cream is liquid until one presses the can and then the pressure turns it into a cream and the cream would stay that way for 4 to 5 minutes before reverting back to the liquid? Is this molid?


This would be considered molid. Moreover, it would be considered “molid beyadayim,” meaning causing a change of state (from liquid to solid) by means of a direct action, which (according to Rema) is prohibited.
