Bookeeper Might Work on Shabbos

If a Jew does my taxes, and he might not be shomer shabbos. Should I tell him not to prepare my taxes on shabbos?

Answer:

There is no obligation of doing so.

Although it is possible that he will work on Shabbos, this is not a part of your agreement with him, and he can do the work whenever he wants. There is therefore no obligation on your part to warn him of not working on Shabbos.

[Poskim mention a similar halachah concerning work given to a non-Jew, and the same will apply here.]
