Jewish Law for Noahides

Peace my friend and blessings on Israel, I hope you can answer this question from a humble swedish Christian, seeking truth and wisdom.

In my bible it says that when we meet in the churches the women should keep silence as the law also says and if they have any questions they should ask their husband when they come home. Could you please explain to me what the law says about this matter, and what chapter it referse to, and if you have any further thoughts in the matter of woman in the church/synagoge of course would be welcome.

And second, the christian bible forbids us to eat food with blood in it and i dont understand where to draw the line, is it considdered blood when a steak is red in the middle, or if there is red liquide around the meat when you start cooking it?? Hmm could you be kind to explaine your thoughts in the matter.

THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!!!!

Answer:

There is no passage in the Bible that refers to the specific issue of women speaking up during a sermon in synagogue. In Leviticus 26:2 we learn a general commandment “My sanctuary you shall fear”, which refers to treating the Holy Temple and on some level all synagogue’s with awe and respect. Jewish law teaches that for this purpose we impose gender separation during services, and generally a woman will not address an assembly of men.

A non-Jew may not eat the flesh of a living animal, as this is one of the Universal Laws commanded to all mankind. He may however eat blood drawn from a living animal (Maimonedes, Laws of Kings 9:10; cf. Babylonian Talmud Sanhedrin 56b and 59a, and the commentary of Rashi, Genesis 9:3). Hence according to Jewish law, a non Jew may eat the steak you refer to.
