Question:
Are you allowed to fold and put away clean laundry on shabbos if it bothers you to leave it out and unfolded?
Answer:
I suggest to put the laundry away unfolded and fold it after Shabbos. There are two problems with folding and putting it away on Shabbos. a) the actual folding b) the sorting of the various pieces of laundry. Many people even refrain from folding their Talis on Shabbos and fold it after Havdalah.
