kids came home with baby chick from day camp. Any issue with having a baby chick raised in our house. I understand that we need to take well care of them and not cause any pain to them. Any particular issue with raising birds ?

No, essentially there are problems with raising a baby chick in your house if you want. You just have to make sure that it is fed, and if it is supposed to eat, you may not eat until you give it, its food.
