I wanted to know if the kashrut symbol of what looks like the luchos habris with a K inside the symbol is a reliable hushgacha?

I never heard of such a hechsher, and you can check up which hechsherim are recommended by the CRC of Chicago at the following link. http://www.crcweb.org/agency_list.php
If it isn’t on the list and people haven’t heard about it to be reliable, I wouldn’t eat it.
