Kashering oven


I have a gas oven that often gets switched between meat and milk. I was planning on making dairy food in the oven for shabbos. I came home tonight to see my husband making meat in the oven. Now there is no time to wait 24 hours before kashering the oven for a milchig shabbos. Is there any way for me to cook dairy for shabbos without waiting 24 hours before kashering it? (We use the heat oven to 550 for several hours method)


You can kasher the oven even before waiting 24 hours, because it was not used with anything no kosher . Just make sure the oven is indeed clean on the inside.
