B”H If there is a glue residue on disposable paper type cups, may they be used for warm drinks, warm water etc, or does the glue residue render it non-kosher? (it doesn’t seem like wiping it would remove it…) Thank you.
Answer:
You can enjoy your coffee and there is no need to be concerned about he glue on the outside of the cup. The glue on the cups is not edible therefore, it has no need to specifically be kosher. Additionally, no taste of the glue is getting into the cup and if it would it would damage the taste of the coffee. Therefore, it is not an issue.
