Tehillim on Tisha b’av

Question:

If one recites Tehilim every day, is one allowed to do so on Tisha b’av?
Does one need to wait until after chatzot?

Answer:

A person is allowed to say tehillim for a sick person, because that its considered like davening. However if a person says tehillim every day then it is considered as learning and it should wait until after the fast is over in order to say them. Regarding learning there is no differance between before or after chatzos, the same way most of the halachos are the same before and after chatzos.

Have an easy and spiritually uplifting fast
