Unless you know clearly that the meat spatula was used for hot meat within the last 24 hours, then everything is permitted except for the spatula which would now be trief. The reason is because the spatula which was an aino ben yomo can not impart its meat taste in a way that it will prohibit the pan food or dishes. The spatula on the other hand now contains both meat and dairy taste, and would need to be made kosher , if that will be possible.
