Tefillin ink spilled on my tefillin – lishma

Question:

I was putting ink onto my tefillin and some of the ink spilled from the bottle onto my rezuos (without me intending to put it onto the rezuos). As soon as I noticed, I wiped off the ink. I don’t know if any of the ink remained on the straps or if I got it all off. (I would guess I got it all off, but I’m not sure).
Is the fact that some ink unintentionally dropped onto the tefillin called shelo lishma?
If yes, can I assume I wiped it all off?
If some remained on, would I be required to scrape it off?

Answer:

The tefillin are still kosher, because we pasken that since the second ink was not spilled with an intention for something else, since the tefillin were lkosher beforehand they are still kosher. Having said that, it is still better to go over that part of the retzuah with some more ink, leshem mitzva tefillin. The reason being that even according to the opinion that it is an issue, you now have the top layer and bottom layer lishma, so from all angles the is ink lishma.

Best wishes
