I have OCD and sometimes I have intrusive thoughts (that curse Hashem for example). what should I do about this?
First of all, don’t get nervous over the fact that you have such thoughts! It is part of your yetzer hora, and many people have fleeting thoughts of doing self-destructive things, such as having thoughts of hitting a prominent person or a Rebbi for no reason. The best thing to do when you have such thoughts is not to get nervous about them, but to gently steer your concentration on to something else. Don’t think about not thinking about it, rather just positively think about something else. By sidetracking your mind and knowing that it is just plain yetzer hora, should help you with this considerably.
