There are two potential issues here. The first is regarding going into the bathroom with the pesukim in your wallet. This is not a problem, because the pesukim are inside your wallet, which is inside your pocket. It is permitted to walk into the bathroom with a sefer that has two coverings. If you mean to ask regarding, the fact that many men sit on their wallets, it is hard to say that it is not allowed, however there is a preference not to sit on it. (See sources)
