So I just had a baby boy 2 months ago and when I was wiping after using the restroom this morning I saw blood on the tissue paper the color was red and I am not supposed to get my cycle for another two weeks

According to many poskim, unless you wiped yourself right away, we would consider this blood to be a kesem and not as if you had a hargasha. Having said that, it might depend on the amount of blood on the tissue, and what size it was. If it was more than a gris, then it would be problematic.
