We have always been able to buy various cuts of veal at the Kosher butcher. We have recently noticed that veal is no longer being sold. And we have been told that in Canada rabbis have banned selling veal. Why would this be suddenly unacceptable? There seems to be no logical explanation given on kosher based websites.
