I am on a birth control pill and have been having spotting from time to time. The spotting seems to be clear but I am worried that maybe I am about to have a flow. What are the halachic ramifications?

Since your spotting is clear, there is no need for you to do anything special about this. You should however do bedikos on the day that you would have gotten your period.
