There is no need to do anything in such an instance. Ezra instituted to use the mikva after zera comes out, due to frivolous thoughts, or after relations, but not when it comes out unwillingly, such as your instance. as aside point nowadays there is no longer an obligation to do tikun Ezra, and although it is recommended to go to the mikva, aftr relations etc., it is not an obligation.
