According to Halacha, Jews and non Jews alike are prohibited from eating the limb of a living animal as one the noahide laws, known as Ever Min Hachai. My question is, is there no prohibition of Ever Min Hachai for a Ben Pekuah, as it is considered an organ of the slaughtered animal. Noahides don’t have the rules regarding shechita so I don’t know if this would be a loophole for them but it very well may be
