Dear Rabbi,
I’m a Noahide. If I cheated on tests in university what do I have to do? If I get lower grades on purpose in the next tests (for example not answering some questions that I would able to answer) the lower grades should balance the higher grades that I get previously thanks to the cheating and the mean should be as if I didn’t cheated. It should work but I don’t know if it makes sense according to the halakhah.

At this point, for you, the way to rectify what you did would be to study the material and make sure that you know it. this way if you get employed due to your high grade, you will still be eligible for it, because you know the material.
