Question:
I bought a phone from a jewish shop that turned out to have many fake parts on it and did not work as it should have. The shop did not agree. I disputed the charge with the card company and they probably charged them. Do I need to return the phone to them?
Answer:
Hello,
If you didn't pay for it, then it doesn't belong to you. You can't not pay for it and keep it, but you can aks the store if they will let you keep it, if they agree then you can.
Best wishes
