Hello, is it halachically permissible to drink hot water or tea from a fleishig mug while also eating a chocolate bar made from dairy equipment? What if the chocolate gets into the mug or on the mug? Does the mug become treif?

It is permitted. The chocolate that was made with dairy equipment is not really dairy, and even if it would get on to the mug, the mug would still be kosher.
