Is it true your not allowed to cut your toe/hands nails on the same day? if so why?
Answer:
The Mishnah Berurah (260:6) cites from the Magen Avraham (in the name of others) that one should not cut them on the same day. The reason for this is based on kabbalah. Not all are particular for this practice, in particular when they are being cut in honor of Shabbos (though Mishnah Berurah writes that one should preferably cut toe-nails on Thursday).
