At what temperature does milk cause a parve pot to become milichik? Particularly when not on the flame? Ie parve oatmeal is made in a parve pot. The fire is turned off. Then a dairy chocolate syrup is added to the oatmeal in the pot as flavoring (ie pot is not on a fire but the oatmeal is “warm”). Thanks for your prompt help/answer.


The heat of “yad soledes bo” which mans hot enough that one can not keep their hand on the pot because of the heat. The exact temperature is a matter of debate, some opinion are stringent from 43C/110F. Less than this will not change the status of the pot.
