Hi! I have a tree overhanging my neighbor’s yard. The tree was there when I bought the home a year ago. They are asking me to cut the tree branches, because it litters the yard with leaves/flowers. What is my responsibility to do this, keeping in mind whatever normative practice in Israel is?
