Toveling a mandoline

Question:

Hi,
Would a mandoline slicer thats used primarily for slicing raw vegetables (ex. potatoes for chips) that will be cooked later require tevilla and if yes is the bracha said. if the answer is yes to both why would this be a kli seudah?
thank you

Answer:

It should preferably be toveled. Although it’s primary use is for raw potatoes, the Rema Y:D 120-5 says that it should preferably be toveled without a bracha.

Best wishes
