Can one take a shower after reciting the bedtime shema and hamapil?
Can the bracha and shema be said in one’s pyjamas?
Answer:
Hamapil and Shema should be the last things that we do before going to sleep. Therefore the shower should be taken before saying Hamapil and Shema. The two prayers may be said in pajamas.
