Pots that are used by a factory or camp do we also assume that they are NOT Ben Yomo?
Answer:
The rule is that unless we know otherwise, we assume that they were not used within the last 24 hours. Just because the pots of a camp are used often, they aren’t all used every 24 hours. As far as a factory is concerned, if the machines were used within the last 24 hours then they are a ben yomo, and these pots are needed each time the machines are used, then we know they are ben yomo. However if not all the pots are needed then they aren’t differant then the pots of a regular kitchen.
