New brocha when tallis falls off

Question:

What is the hanhoga regarding making a new Brocha in the following instances:
1. Ones talis completely fell to the floor during davening.
2. One removed his tefillin to urinate in a bathroom in Shul (which has urinals and sitting stalls.)
I know that Mishna Berura says to make a new Brocha, but I have seen from contemporary poskim otherwise.

Answer:

Thank you for your question.

The hanhoga in both of these instances is not to make another bracha. However if one took his tallis off thinking that davening is over and then remembered that he still hasn’t finished, then he does make another bracha.

Best wishes
