Question:
Can I eat parve bok choy that was cooked in milchig pan (אינו בן יומו) with a fleishig meal?
Answer:
Thank you for your question.
If it was already cooked it may be eaten with a fleishig meal since the pan was not a ben yomo. One should however not cook food in a michig pot in order to eat it with a fleishig meal, (unless he doesn’t have any other pot).
As a side point, make sure that the bok choy doesn't have an issue of infestation.
Best wishes
