I’m currently in chutz L’aretz and will be here for the entirety of Yom Tov. I did not do a bedikas chometz prior to leaving EY. Am I able to rely on the mechira on Thursday/Friday? If not what are my options?

If it is a place that will be empty before the whole of Pesach then you can include it in your sale of chometz to the goy from Thursday (13th of Nissan). Otherwise if there will be someone there, etc. that person can do the bedika for you, or you can ask someone to do the bedika for you.
