Question:
Someone enrolled in a course I give and paid by paypal.
She then decided not to take part and has asked for a refund.
Payal takes about 4% so I actually received in my account 4% less than the stated amount of the course.
Do I have to refund the full amount or can I refund the amount that I received ( the reason she backed out had nothing to do with the course – she decided she didn’t have the time to do it)

Thank you for your question.
You do not have to reimburse that person for he money that you lost out as a result of their cancelation, and you can take off the 4%.
