I have a small bedroom with a sloping roof. It has a shiur of 4×4 Amos x 10 tefochim high in a square shape, but only according to Reb Chaim Noeh shiur. According to the Chazon Ish shiur, it has 4×4 only in a rectangle but not in a square.
Which side of the door do i put the Mezuza on, and do i make a berocha?

Hi,
Regarding where to put up the mezuza, it should be on the right side when you come in to the room. This is because the room essentially is usable, since it is more than 4×4, and it is used as a bedroom. Technically it isn’t a shiur square (according to Chazon Ish), however it is still quite useable, since it is long, therefore it gets the mezuza in the right side when coming into the room. Regarding the bracha, if you are usually makpid not to make a bracha until you have the Chazon Ish’s shiur, then don’t make a bracha. However, if you are not maikpid on Chazon Ish’s shiur for other shiurim then you can make a bracha.
