I found a pen (standard low-cost pen) that I accidentally took from a previous employer, from a job I left months ago. I've since moved, and am not in contact with the employer or employees. Do I need to find a way to return the pen?
Answer:
It is hard to answer such a question, because I don’t know the nature of the owner of the company. However, in general if it was a very cheap pen, such as the cheap Bic pens (that you can buy 10 for a dollar or two) then it is safe to assume that the owner is mochel it, and understands that these things happen, and you wouldn’t have to return it.
