Hello, Since it doesn’t contain flour from the five grains, (Barley, Rye Oats, Wheat, Spelt BROWS) it catagorically cannot be Hamotzei.

  1. Would it be mezonot or shekahol? And if eaten with an apple, which brachot comes first?

    1. It depends if the brown and white rice together make up the majority, or the ingredients, then it would be mezonos, otherwise it would be shehakol.
If the bracha will be mezonos then it said before the apple, but if it is shehakol then the apple comes first.
To make things simpler, you can make mezonos on a piece of cookie or pretzel, then haetz on the apple, then shehakol on something, (but not water), and then your good to go, regardless of what the bracha on the pancakes is.
