My daughter was eating hot meatballs last night and dropped her fork on the floor. I know that usually the fork is okay, but the problem is a few days ago one of my children dropped pasta with cheese in the same area (my kids drop a lot of food), and I hadn’t yet cleaned the floor so well yet…there was still a bit of pasta with cheese in the general area, but I don’t think the fork fell directly on any large pieces. Is the fork okay?

The fork is ok, halachically we do not have to be concerned that it might have fallen specifically in the spot that there might have been some cheese. Just wash off the fork as you would anytime it is dirty and falls on the floor.
