Hi Rabbi,
I was seasoning raw chicken and the olive oil dispenser touched the cold, raw chicken… The tip from where the olive oil comes out of definitely touched the chicken. Can I rekasher the olive oil dispenser? The dispenser is glass where it touched on the outside. The tip itself is metal on the outside and where it connects to the glass dispenser is plastic inside. I’m Sephardic if that makes a difference. Thank you!

Hello,
Being that the chicken was raw and obviously cold, the chicken grease did not get absorbed into the the dispenser. Therefore the only thing you would need to do is to wash off the top of the dispenser with soapo and water that isn’t hot.
