Question:
Is it allowed to make a menorah and keilim replica such as is done by the temple institute? Is there a concensus from main stream poskim? can one visit the center?

I cannot comment specifically about the Temple institute as I don’t know enough about it.
In general, we may not make a menorah out of seven branches, even out of other metal, and even if it is not the same dimensions as the menorah in Mishkan, therefore I don’t know what they are relying on, but as previously stated, I don’t know enough about them to comment. Regarding the other keilim, if they are not the measurement that they were in the Mishkan they are permitted to make.
Regarding visiting there, I don’t see a problem with that.
