When the 3d temple appears from heaven and the Ark of the Covenant is uncovered… will the appearance of the Ark be a message to israel and all the nations of the World that every word in the Torah starting with In the Begining..to the talmud and the Oral Law is true by the will of the L-D?

I believe so. Once it is clear that the Torah was given by G-d, as we will see His dominion over the world, it will be clear to everyone that not only is the written torah true, but also the oral one, as it comes from the same source.
