The reason women don’t send mishloach manos to men is because it isn’t proper for women to send gifts to men. however if it is not done in a personal manner, rather because this is the derech eretz, then it is permitted. care should betaken that it should b done in a way that it isn’t personal, such as signing it your family name, etc.
