Decaffeinated Coffee after Pesach

Question:

I purchased a jar of DECAFF coffee (with OUT a Pesach hecsher) about 2/3 weeks after Pesach from a store that did not sell its Chometz. Is that an issue ? Can the DECAFF coffee be used?

Answer:

Yes you can use the coffee. The reason is because it is only a small safek if there was chometz used in the decaffeinating process. therefore although we don’t eat it on Pesach, regarding chometz after Pesach it is not a problem.
