Vows and changing mind

Question:

B”H
Kavod haRav,
Thank you sincerely for your help.
If someone has in mind to not shop at a particular store, and then wants to change their mind and shop there, do they need to annul a vow for it? I do not recall ever stating out loud that I would not shop here. Would it be enough to go on the “I probably didn’t say it out loud but just had the intention in mind” that I can simply change my mind and shop there now without requiring any further action?
Thanks again

Answer:

If you merely thought about not going to that store it is not considered a vow or a neder.

Best wishes
